These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and orders. By purchasing from or interacting with Little Bakery OC, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed at least 2 days minimum in advance to ensure availability.
Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
We accept cash/ credit cards/ Venmo/ Zelle or Pay Pal.
Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit of [for orders more than $50].
2. Custom Orders & Design
We strive to match requested designs but cannot guarantee exact replicas due to artistic variations.
Any changes to an order must be requested at least 2 days before the pickup/delivery date.
We reserve the right to refuse custom designs that contain copyrighted material.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 3days before the scheduled pickup/delivery for a partial refund.
Orders canceled after this period are non-refundable due to preparation costs.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup is available .
Delivery is available within 20miles, with a delivery fee based on distance.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details; failed deliveries due to incorrect information are non-refundable.
5. Allergy Disclaimer
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and soy.
We do not guarantee an allergen-free environment, so customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.
6. Liability & Product Handling
Once a product leaves our premises, Little Bakery OC is not responsible for damage caused during transport, handling, or improper storage.
Cakes and other perishable items should be stored properly (e.g., refrigeration when needed).
7. Promotions & Discounts
Discounts (e.g., the Love44 code) must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterward.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All photos, logos, and content on our website and social media belong to Little Bakery OC.
Customers may not use our images for commercial purposes without permission.
